Through this next level of self-healing you will discover that at any given moment you are either unconsciously run by the survival needs of your anxious mind (ego) or the spiritual needs of your Soul. Your ego needs derive from fear, overwhelm and control and are therefore in resistance to the flow of life—which leads to burnout, frustration and feeling you are doing it all on your own.

At this healing level you will learn how to come from the needs of your Soul that yearns for growth, wisdom, expansion, purpose, overcoming challenges and embodying deeper levels of love—all of which are in harmony with the flow of life and will lead to health, joy and fulfillment.

 

Level Four 

Here you learn how to foster a powerful relationship with yourself that is rich in love, self-worth, confidence, joy, connection and purpose. How you feel about yourself deep down is how you will experience every moment of your life and how you will relate to stress and challenges in the outer world. Self-healing at the core is about Self-Love and returning to the truth of who you really are.

Through the combination of these levels of healing you will not only heal yourself and your anxiety naturally, you will also experience greater health and vitality in your relationship, career, finances, as well as an increased embodiment of joy and purpose in your life.
