Last week while I was up visiting my hometown a massive forest fire got ignited and my parents along with thousands of others were evacuated.
As I was helping my folks decide what few items to save a massive plume of smoke grew above our heads as flames crested over the ridge. It was as you can imagine, a very overwhelming experience that triggered a depth of emotions in us.
In this coaching video I share a technique of how I calmed my thoughts and centered myself during this painful and complex time.
I hope hearing my experience and learning this technique will help you to calm your worst case scenario fears.
Thankfully, the heroic firefighters saved my family’s home along with hundreds of others. The fire quickly spread to heavily populated areas—we have no idea how they were able to save all of the homes save three.

Tired of working against yourself?
If you are tired of feeling imprisoned by irrational worry and overworking yourself to the point of depletion everyday—I know exactly how you feel. Eight years ago I felt trapped in my own body, unable to calm my mind down and over-working myself to the point of exhaustion trying to make sure everything was okay. Thankfully, I healed myself by addressing the underlying stress triggering my biological symptoms. For the past seven years I have helped people do the same using my revolutionary, life-changing approach.
