Tired of working against yourself?

If you are tired of feeling imprisoned by irrational worry and overworking yourself to the point of depletion everyday—I know exactly how you feel. Eight years ago I felt trapped in my own body, unable to calm my mind down and over-working myself to the point of exhaustion trying to make sure everything was okay. Thankfully, I healed myself by addressing the underlying stress triggering my biological symptoms. For the past seven years I have helped people do the same using my revolutionary, life-changing approach.

These 2 videos have been very helpful. I especially like the info from video 2 that I always have a choice about what to focus on, how I treat myself and even when I get triggered–how to respond to that triggering. Thank you!

      Hi Judy,

Thank you so much for your comment! Wonderful to hear the videos are supporting you. I’m filming the next one today on Worst Case Scenario Fears. This past week I’ve been up in the mountains of Colorado witnessing my home town going up in flames in a horrible forest fire. Looking forward to sharing how I am processing it in next week’s video. xo
