Thankfully, life forced me to stop my blood, sweat and tear approach and self-heal why I was anxious and over-working myself in the first place.

Having been in the healing arts for 17 years what I have learned is—your body cannot lie to you. You can’t stop being anxious by addressing the mind and emotions alone. You have to go deeper, and get to the heart of the problem on both a mind body level—when you do you are gifted with one of the most beautiful opportunities to self-heal and change your life on the deepest level of who you really are.

.How does my 6-week Master Course work?

1 Hour Investigation Session: 

First, we will investigate the underlying stress holding you back and keeping your nervous system stuck in an anxious, overwhelmed state. The main thing to know is you feel intense pressure to hold everything together, to do things perfectly, to make sure everyone is okay…for a reason. We will investigate what specific underlying stress is holding you back and keeping you stuck. (It typically takes me about 15-30 minutes to help you find it. From there we will come up with a unique coaching strategy for you.)

Weekly Transformation Sessions 90mins – 2hrs: 

After identifying the underlying problem, each week we will work through the layers to clear what is keeping your mind and body stuck in a chronic state of angst. For example, your nervous system could be locked in a chronic pattern of unease if you grew up not feeling safe, or if you braced yourself against a parent who was critical, had a bad temper or if you were bullied at school.

The transformation healing sessions are a deeply rewarding, life-changing process that will help you to replace unresolved fear, chronic worry, resentment and pain with courage, wisdom, love and confidence. You will experience resolution on the deepest level of who you are and the results will benefit and reverberate into every area of your life, supporting you to self-heal from the inside out.

My program is unique in this way, as I am not giving you exercises to manage or cope. The program is dedicated to empowering you to change your life by addressing the chronic stress holding you back. Then from here you will learn additional, life-changing tools that will bring serenity, confidence, self-worth and deep joy to your life.
